The rules of the road for using our platform.

01 Eligibility

The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

02 User Accounts

03 Subscriptions and Payments

Certain Services may be offered through paid subscriptions, credit packages, or other paid features.

A. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until cancellation.
• Users may cancel subscriptions directly through their account settings or through other methods provided by the platform.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

B. CREDIT PACKAGES

Credit packages and similar one-time purchases are non-recurring purchases unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

C. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. DPI does not store complete payment card information on its servers.

04 Refund Policy

ALL PURCHASES, INCLUDING SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CREDIT PACKAGES, ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

05 Permitted Use

Users may use the Services solely for lawful, personal, and educational purposes.

You agree not to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• interfere with platform security or functionality;
• use automated systems to access or scrape the Services;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• exploit or misuse AI-powered features;
• upload malicious code or harmful content;
• engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct.

06 AI Features and Educational Disclaimer

The Services may include AI-powered educational tools, including tutoring systems, interview simulations, chat assistants, and related features.

AI-generated content:

• is provided for educational and informational purposes only;
• may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information; and
• should not be relied upon as legal, immigration, professional, financial, or other professional advice.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating AI-generated responses and seeking appropriate professional guidance where necessary.

07 Intellectual Property

All content, software, materials, branding, graphics, text, audio, video, quizzes, interactive materials, and other elements of the Services are owned by or licensed to DPI and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services without prior written consent.

08 User Content

Users may submit written responses, prompts, and other materials through the Services. You retain ownership of your submitted content; however, by submitting content, you grant DPI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, reproduce, and display such content solely for purposes of operating, maintaining, improving, and providing the Services.

User submissions and AI interactions are not intended to be publicly visible to other users.

09 Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time and without prior notice if we believe a user has:

• violated these Terms;
• engaged in abuse or misconduct;
• misused AI tools or platform resources;
• engaged in fraudulent activity; or
• created legal, security, or operational risk.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DPI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of content or AI-generated responses.

11 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DPI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DPI'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO DPI DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DPI and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• your use of the Services;
• your violation of these Terms; or
• your violation of any applicable law or rights of third parties.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

14 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
